Your journey to recovery begins with either a confidential telephone interview
or submission of one of the following two on-line forms:
All genuine enquiries will be followed up by a detailed and confidential
telephone assessment by our Clinical Consultant who will then develop a
preliminary programme in preparation for your arrival.
All information you provide during the registration process is completely
confidential. Personal information provided will never be disclosed, sold or
otherwise transferred to any third parties without your explicit instructions or
consent. Personal information is always held by The Sanctuary in the strictest
of confidence.
Additionally, we impose high level security measures on our internal
processes including our computer systems. All digital information is protected
by secure firewalls and stored in secured databases with online information
exchange occurring only on encrypted Internet channels.
